| No, it's not normal. It's a leaf gall of some sort. How you would treat would be depending on the species of tree and of the gall insect. |

Those are ruellias or Mexican petunias. They grow easily from seed, they tolerate very hot climates, sandy soil, etc.

| It's torenia. I've never had one, so can't help you much more than the name. The flowers are in many colors, so if you google images, look at a bunch to find one that matches yours. |
